We meet up around once a month, and more often in the summer to train together at NDAC in Chepstow.

With four training lines, a huge dive platform including counterbalance and scuba safety options, we're fully equipped for dives down from 5m to around 75m.

Freedivers of all abilities come and train with SaltFree. Whether you are a complete beginner or training for international competitions and record attempts, we'll help you achieve what you're aiming for.

Most people come for the whole weekend and stay in a B and B, or camp. If you prefer, just join us for the day (but you will miss what's usually a great dinner on Saturday night!).

Remaining meet dates for 2010 are: 20/21 March, 17/18 April, 1/2/3 May, 15/16 May, 12/13 June, 17/18 July, 21/22 August, 11/12 September, 25/26 September (Double Dip), 16/17 October, 13/14 November.

The cost of attending a meet is £15 a day - £7.50 entry fee paid to NDAC on the gate, and £7.50 to Saltfree - paid either on the day or via paypal in advance. Divers who are going below 55m will need scuba safety cover - so we charge more for that - £20 to Saltfree per day (and £7.50 to NDAC).

If you'd like to suggest another weekend, just start a thread on the NING forum and if there are 3 of you and you're experienced enough, we'll give you the go ahead.

If you'd like to come and you haven't dived with us before, we might ask you to complete an Open Water Freediver Course (AIDA 1 or 2 star) first, dependent on your experience. Otherwise, all you need to do is sign up on the appropriate thread (links on the right), send us a Medical Form and Liability Release and turn up on the day.

You'll need to have all your own kit including a lanyard, visit our shop to buy one if you don't have one. You'll also need to read our Safety Rules and agree to stick to them. The first time you come along, we'll ask you to complete a Liability Release and Medical Statement. Download these on the right.

We hope to see you soon!
